Tatts Aero Custom Aircraft Covers began when, as an EASA certifying licensed engineer, I saw that many of the products already on the market, were not of a high standard. I believed that protective covers could be produced using better quality materials to increase longevity and durability.

We can produce protective covers for aircraft and equipment using the very best technical materials, fabrics and threads to produce highest quality aircraft covers.

Having over thirty years experience in aircraft engineering in both the Royal Air Force and civil aviation, I have used this knowledge to produce covers that are ahead in fabrication and design.

Ship set intake and/or exhaust covers.

Light aircraft cowling/cockpit covers.

Inlet/exhaust blanks/propellor tethers.

All products can be custom made to the customers requirements.

Customers own logo and aircraft registrations can be provided. We select the best technical fabric specific to each application and use Gore Tenara thread on all outdoor and heavy duty covers giving a guarantee of 15 years or the life of the fabric.
